When is the campsite open?

It opens on Sunday 20 April 2025 and closes on Friday 31 October 2025.

For whom is our campsite the perfect holiday spot?

Du Nord, is an oasis of peace on the banks of the Sûre in Goebelsmühle (Bourscheid). Our campsite is located between the natural parks of the Upper Sûre and the Our. Ideal for hikers, bikers, peace seekers and nature lovers.

What is there to do in the surrounding area?

The area around Camping du Nord is a paradise for nature lovers and adventurers. Explore the breathtaking Our Nature Park with its hiking and cycling routes through forests and hills. Historical highlights, such as the impressive Vianden Castle and charming villages, await your visit. On the river, you can canoe and kayak for an active day of fun. In addition, there are plenty of cultural and culinary experiences to discover in the region.

From what time can I check in?

Check-in for pitches and accommodation is from 3pm. You must leave your pitch or accommodation by 10 am.

I will arrive earlier than 15:00, is this possible?

As the reception opens at 15:00, it is unfortunately not possible to check in earlier. However, you can already enjoy a nice walk or use the campsite's other facilities.

I will arrive later than 18:00, is this possible?

If you arrive later than 18:00, this is possible until 21:00 at the latest. You will then receive the necessary check-in details by e-mail or phone around the time of 18:00. Reception will be closed. 

Can I come to the campsite without a reservation?

No, make your reservation in advance via our website or our reception (info@campingdunord.lu & +31313202080).

Is it possible to reserve a specific camping pitch or accommodation with a certain number?

It is possible during the booking process. You can select your preferred pitch or accommodation number via the map.

If you do not book with preference, the number may still change if this better suits our planning — even if it was the last available option at the time of booking.
Would you like to be sure of a specific location or accommodation? Then please book with preference.

From what age can I make a reservation?

Camping du Nord only accepts reservations from people aged 18 or over.

Where can I park my car?

You park your car at your own pitch or accommodation. For an extra car, you pay €2.50 per night.

Can I reach the campsite by public transport?

Our campsite is just 700 metres from Goebelsmühle train station. 

From Utrecht: take the train to Maastricht, here you transfer to Liege. From Liege there is a train to Luxembourg. You get off at Goebelsmühle station.

How many amps do the campsite's electricity sockets offer?

The power supply provides you with 6 amps/1380 watts of power. Do you consume more than 6 amps? Then there will be a short interruption in the power supply. After the short interruption, the power will return. During that time, make sure you reduce the usage to a maximum of 6 amps. If you repeatedly exceed 6 amps, the voltage of your place will drop completely.

Are visitors allowed?

Visitors are allowed under the responsibility of their hosts and after their presence has been announced to the reception and the fee of €3.50 per person has been paid. 

Can I make a campfire?

Yes, it is allowed to use the two fire pits (see map). Dry wood is for sale at reception. However, it is not allowed to collect (wet) wood from the forest due to the surrounding private areas and smoke caused by wet wood.
